Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience On 10th March 2026 , I travelled from Singapore to JB to collect my retainer as the clinic instructed me to come at 0900am,but the clinic is still closed as the staff who arrived did no hold the keys,then clinic opened at 09:22am. at collect the day itself,I waited for awhile for atleast 30mins,then the doctor arrives shortly and so came my retainer but worst still the retainer does not meet to my needs. When I told the doctor name is Sarsilan Selvam that I did not want , I want a refund suddenly the doctor became rude and used inappropriate language towards me,this kind of behaviour from the medical clinic is unacceptable . I wasted my time travelling from Sg and waited for a long period,only to received poor service and disrespectful treatment. Patients deserved respect too, I hope this clinic should improve in their attitude and customer service. Even the doctor dare to ask me to follow him to nowhere,and he reckon me to call the police..I told the doctor I'm not afraid as I did not do anything wrong,after a while the police came ,and the police also told me those who call the police first they will definitely side them , my point of view is not fair as I'm a visitor and not sure how to contact the police with proper channel . After the police came they can't side anyone of us ,but I told the police to check on the CCTV camera but no action taken,but the police told me to report to police if I can't get the refund and if no refund done then I can proceed to higher authority ,my concern is not about the money but respect towards the customer nonetheless I'm a woman ,if any goes wrong overthere nobody know as my husband is working and the doctor even dare to ask me to follow him. Untill now,I feel the trauma as it never happen to me before, and this doctor even claim he the owner of the dental , even you are the owner you shouldn't be rude to the customer. Hope never happen to others.

I made an appointment in advance for 4:30pm. Even confirmed it twice over WhatsApp to make sure it was the right time as there were multiple times where the slot they put me in were different from what we confirmed before. Mentioned to not make me wait half an hour as once again 90% of the visits have been me wasting my time waiting 30 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. They replied okay will not…

happen. Arrived on time at 4:30pm was told I needed to wait 20-30 min because there has been a delay. Okay understandable! Delays happen. I waited exactly 30 minutes and asked again how long more told me to wait another 15-20 minutes!! :) It was taking too long so I went out and came back to the clinic around 15-20 mins later! And ONCE AGAIN WAS TOLD TO WAIT 10 MINUTES. And how long was my procedure? 5 Damn minutes and I was out of that chair. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and probably more for a 5 minute procedure. This is unacceptable. And this is not my first time waiting this long for my FIXED APPOINTMENT I MAKE IN ADVANCE.

Did my whitening here and really got whiter by afew shades! Super worth for money too! Dentist is very friendly and receptionist is warm and kind, would recommend!

Visited on 2 March 5pm walk in. After waiting for 30mins got Dr Elisha to help me do scaling and polishing and filling of my teeth. He and his assistant was very good and was very patient and careful during the session. He was very friendly and doubled checked my filling not too high for my bite. 28/2 Update: The permanent filling just fell out. Lasted 20 days+.😱 Sorry to say wife had a terrible experience! Appt for a simple tooth filling. Doesn't know appropriate anesthesia so could still feel pain during procedure! Then temporary filling fell out after just 1 hour! Absolute comedy

I've been visiting the clinic for my treatment, the front counter who assisted me are Mr Shara and Ms Afina on my process for registration , they do great on the explanation and I will come back for our treatment again
