The service is excellent! From the WhatsApp conversation to the reception at the clinic. The receptionist Geovana is very friendly. This reflects on the clients and shines through the rest of the team. Dr. Maisa is attentive, listens actively, and delivers exactly what she promises. The assistant Lidiane is also great and has a light touch, just like Dr. Maisa. Congratulations to the whole team!

Excellent service, especially from Dr. Emily, who was empathetic and provided compassionate care; she is truly an excellent professional. I am very grateful.
The dentist is good, but the clinic is a mess! For every appointment, the dentist is always at least 30-45 minutes late, and that's even if you arrive 10 minutes early and they prioritize the "faster appointments" over you. The receptionist is too lazy to even breathe! If you're a health insurance patient, run far away from this clinic because you're worthless.
The service and quality are good, however, they keep rescheduling appointments for 15 days, 45 days later. A treatment that could be completed in 2 months ends up taking months.
