The medicine is quite expensive, even though it's a generic. Even branded, it's not a patented brand. And there's no receipt detailing the medication or the procedure. it less than perfect is the lack of a price breakdown. Most other places have a detailed cost breakdown, including the procedure, what was used, and the medication. 😫😩 Parking is "non-existent." You're not allowed on the sidewalk, and it's a hassle to drive too far out into the street. Three years ago, in 2020, the current waiting room was a parking lot. Now, I'm being told to park on the side of the road. 😑 My motorcycle is a wreck, but what if it gets lost? How can I walk home?
The place is very comfortable, the service is friendly, the doctors are also very good.. BPJS users are also served very well..
All 5-Star Reviews? Gimmicks, Fake. Poor service, 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting, only to be called for a blood pressure check. No follow-up call. And oddly, they told me to park in Texas, which is quite far away. The parking lot can actually fit 4 cars, whereas there were 3 when I arrived. This is common. What about BPJS? Hey?

Antigen results shouldn't be announced in front of other patients to reduce anxiety and make them feel more comfortable. My positive result yesterday was surprising, and it was announced loudly enough for other patients to hear. Perhaps the regulations could be changed to better protect patient privacy.
