Thank you in advance for your review. We have followed up on this matter with the relevant healthcare provider, and it turns out the patient was given information and an explanation regarding the condition of his jaw and teeth, which meant the filling might not last long and could fall out if only filled. The patient still agreed to the filling. We offered compensation for further evaluation, but the patient declined.

The service was excellent, from the receptionist to the friendly and communicative doctor. The place was clean, fragrant, and tidy. The diagnosis and medication were also accurate. I'm glad I moved from Faskes 1 to Kertajaya Clinic.
