n performing the procedure. This made me feel very unsupported, especially when I had important questions both before and after the operation. When I arrived at the hospital they worked with (Yaşam Hospital), I was presented with a large number of documents, all in Turkish. I was not given translations or enough time to fully understand what I was signing, which added stress at a moment when I needed clarity and reassurance. What concerned me most was the feeling that once the operation was done, the company’s involvement essentially ended. I felt like I had no practical way to reach Klinik Europe if anything went wrong or if I needed help afterward. The only people I could contact were the hospital staff and the surgeon, who—at least in my experience—seemed to be paid per operation rather than providing ongoing care through the company. Overall, the lack of transparency, unclear communication, and absence of reliable aftercare left me extremely disappointed. This is why I’m giving Klinik Europe a 1-star rating.

Recently came home following an upper & lower blepharoplasty. The treatment I received was fantastic. From booking to actually receiving my treatment it was 5 star. was so good.Taxi waiting to take us to the hospital for pre op,then back to the lovely Falcon Hotel.Monday morning to the hospital,met our coordinator Aysegul and the nurse,lovely and speak really good English,they guided us through what was going to happen.Then came the operation,about 4.5 hrs,came through that OK,was a bit tender but no pain.Stayed 1 night in hospital,had a lovely nurse stay the night making sure everything was OK.After the operation met the surgeon Dr Tekken very informative and spoke in depth about how it all went and aftercare.Tuesday left hospital with the lovely Aysegul and my husband back to the hotel to recover.Every day we were visited by Aysegal to check and dress my wounds,she was really informative and caring nothing was to much trouble.Every day I got stronger and by the Thursday was up and doing slowly.Sunday was here going home day,I felt good,was looking forward to getting home.Looking back,the trip was a 100% successful,fantastic surgeon,brilliant coordinator,and a all round brilliant team effort.Would 1000% recommended this company,they make you feel important.Will see you soon.Lorna.😀

my patient co-ordinator Aysegul she was lovely I also met my nurse Ozzi, both girls were so wonderful and very friendly and made me feel relaxed we quickly completed the paperwork and than I was taken to my room. The room was like a 5 star hotel my surgeon, Dr Altan, was very professional explaining the procedure he answered all my questions and I knew than that I was in very safe hand. After my operation I was given pain relief and was accompanied by my two friends Ozzi the nurse and Aysegul. They stayed with me until my night companion arrived. Dr Altan also came to see me just to make sure that I wasn’t in any discomfort he was so charming. The next day I was discharged and taken back to my hotel with all my medication both Ozzi and Aysegul were by my side.. Everyday both girls visited me and changed my dressings the whole week went by so fast. The last visit to see Dr Altan was great he explained everything I needed to know about aftercare and also he checked my stomach which looked amazing. I was so happy to see the result. All I can say is if you’re thinking off having a tummy tuck then choose Klinik Europe. I can’t find anything bad, the whole week from start to finish was outstanding. All honour and glory to God. This has been such an above and beyond experience. You are treated in a one of biggest hospital in Antalya so no issues in case of a crisis. I would recommend Klinik Europe any day, 100%. Please do your research obviously more so don’t risk your life. I can not fault Klinik Europe at all as they do what they aim to do putting your life first before money.
