I had a very unpleasant experience. My crown broke in less than a year. Additionally, they performed a root canal without giving clear instructions on how to care for the tooth afterward, so it broke while I was waiting for the crown. they claimed their treatment was the standard and appropriate. Unfortunately, my crown broke during a trip to South America, which was really frustrating, and I had to get it redone in an emergency. The way my Colombian dentist did the crown was the same as my other two old crowns. I’m not a dentist, but I question how they can consider their treatment "standard and appropriate " when it was so different from what other dentists do, and it didn’t even last a year. When I reached out to the clinic, they said I had to fly back to KL to claim the warranty. There are better options in KL if you are coming for medical treatment. I wouldn't recommend this place!

Well known, good location, famous dentists but the receptionist/customer services sucks. Not even reach the basic standard of charging premium

addition to the cosmetic results I wanted, it was great how she took some time to plan the course of treatment and her recommendations. We didn’t rush the treatment or do too much per visit, rather, everything was nicely paced. I felt valued as a patient, not just a mouth to treat. (3) The atmosphere in her surgery room is really very pleasant. She talked kindly to her assistants, there is often some laughter or a friendly moment amongst her team and nothing really seemed to get on top of her or irritate her. Even when there was a snafu on scheduling which resulted in some her time really being wasted, she took it in her stride. I believe that this harmonious atmosphere among her team was not only eminently professional but calmed me and made some of the treatment that I feared much more manageable. I cannot thank her enough for this and (4) I must thank Dr. Nelson for his work with my implant. I was terrified of this procedure, but he made it quick and painless and his expertise well received. I liked it very much that when I went to the different room for the implant Dr. Tan Kiat Ling and Shah came with me. They may have done so for their own reasons, but I was super glad for their support. All in all, I am a very satisfied customer. Apparently my mouth is small and my tongue too big, yet I finish up my treatment with a white toothy smile and strong teeth. And I am very grateful.
