Highly Recommended. Had an extremely thorough examination by Dr. Kathryn Tan which exposed multiple issues that was previously missed by my usual dentist. Professional,Pristine,Proper.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tan Kiat Ling. She is incredibly gentle, efficient, and clearly very experienced. The whole process was smooth and painless I felt very well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for professional and friendly dental care!

Had a great experience at KLIDC HQ. The clinic is clean and very comfortable Shout-out to Dr. Sharmaine, who was incredibly warm and friendly. I visited Dr. Low in January 2025 for a dental implant following a tooth extraction. Dr. Low advised me to return after 10 days for the first part of the titanium implant to be drilled into my jawbone, which was done. I was scheduled to return in April 2025 for the next stage. the implant site eventually subsided, the adjacent tooth continued to hurt, causing discomfort for two months. I was informed that this was normal and part of the healing process. In April, I returned for the abutment placement. There was no discussion about the next steps; Dr. Low began the procedure immediately. I felt excruciating pain and tried to signal my discomfort, but I was ignored. Dr. Low proceeded to remove the initial titanium implant without pausing to administer local anesthesia or explaining the reason for this action. Only after the procedure did he administer anesthesia and inform me that the osseointegration was not successful. Implants generally have a success rate of over 90% when properly planned and executed. I am deeply traumatized and disappointed by the level of service and the manner in which my treatment was handled and rushed. This experience felt like clear malpractice and a lack of care. I caution anyone considering this clinic, as it seems to operate more like a patient factory, prioritizing quantity over quality care. I would avoid KLIDC at all costs.

However, we would like to kindly clarify that Dr. Low had thoroughly explained the potential risks involved in proceeding with an immediate implant placement following your tooth extraction in January. As discussed during your consultation, your jawbone condition at the time was not ideal to support an implant immediately. Dr. Low recommended allowing more healing time to improve the chances of successful osseointegration. However, we understand that due to your frequent travels, you strongly preferred to proceed with the implant sooner to accommodate your schedule. With this expedited timeline, unfortunately, your bone did not have sufficient time to strengthen and heal, which is critical for a successful implant integration. This ultimately led to the implant not anchoring securely, despite best efforts and careful execution during the procedure. We also truly regret that you felt your concerns during the April visit were not adequately acknowledged. Patient comfort and trust are of utmost importance to us, and we are taking your comments seriously to further improve our communication and patient care. We would be happy to discuss alternative solutions or explore next steps for your treatment should you still wish to proceed with us. Your well-being remains our top priority, and we appreciate the opportunity to support you on your dental journey.
It's a lure to get money from foreigners. That's why the place is so empty. They charge 3 times what other dentist's charge. Why would you charge 180myr for a basic xray? The regular charge is between 60 abd 150 depending on panoramic Don't fall for the false advertisements. Stay away from this place

A terrible experience. Trusting their reputation, I underwent two years of ineffective orthodontic treatment, missing the optimal window for intervention! Don't expect professional guidance or treatment from them; their primary goal is simply to make money! Extremely disappointing!

Dr Tan Kiat Ling did a great job with my scaling, when a certain parts she gonna scale she will tell you that it might hurt so you could prepare for the worse but overall it was great and less painful experience.
