Magical Hands of dentist. Please take care of charges of scaling , tooth restoration, it’s getting pricy to afford. There should not be any consultation fees . Tq so much.

Came here for scaling and tooth extraction. I was treated by Dr. Shirleen Wong who was friendly and professional. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Quite pleased with my treatment. Would recommend.

Started to sell me everything straight away, everything was very rushed, no care, just quick quick quick pay and go 1. Lady at the reception said that the price for the cleaning start from 150 to 380 The doctor said then that bellow 200 it’s only for kids. ht away without the proper looking. I don’t like it. The price for the cleaning is really high, I thought it would be very good cleaning - in fact it was 15 minutes cross fit inside my mouth, polishing was ultra quick and not thorough at all. Not happy, feel like I am waisted my money. Do not go there.

Shameful service. I called to ask if the clinic works with health insurance, and the girl didn’t even speak English. Instead of trying to understand what I was asking, she decided to hang up the phone on me and then didn’t answer my next 3 call attempts. Thank you Dr Low. I had been searching for good dentist after my last dentist back to Melbourne till I found Dr Low in 2020. I appreciate so much that he is around. Very professional, experienced, gentle, caring. Price is acceptable to me because the high standard provided in this clinic. Tqvm!

I went there for a checkup, and the process was so easy! I had a really good experience, especially with Dr Tan. Dr Tan helped to explain everything that she was doing and how I can take care of my teeth better. Overall, I enjoyed myself and will come back for my next checkup!

I think I was cheated at this clinic. My husband had something stuck between his teeth for a while. We chose the clinic based on reviews. The doctor removed it and said it was just a piece of tooth. Normally, the doctor would have filled the tooth and charged the same as for cavity treatment. Or they should have done a full cleaning, which would have solved the problem. same as for a dental cleaning, but he didn't get a professional cleaning of all his teeth; they only "cleaned" one tooth. My husband speaks some English, but it's not perfect (he still has to deal with accents and speech peculiarities). Perhaps he misunderstood something, but the price was definitely not stated. We've been to various dentists around the world. Even the most elite clinic didn't charge anything for the same procedure (a tomato seed was stuck), but they tried to win the client over and offered other procedures. This clinic inflated the price, but didn't provide the services at that price.
Always a good experience visiting the KLIDC Ampang facility. Have been coming here of in excess of 6 years.
Came here to get scaling done for my teeth. Experienced good dental care and service.
Really pleased with the checkup and treatment done by KLIDC Ampang Branch for my two kids. Also good advise was provided about the status of their teeth and potential need of braces. Back in 6 months.
