The service from the admin to the doctor is like the pharmacy is closed anyway...
The needle broke during root canal treatment, and the doctor said it broke due to my sudden reflexive movement due to the pain. (Can that be used as an excuse?) Then, he simply offered a referral or continued treatment without the needle being removed. There was no responsibility for compensation or even an apology. He simply said, "It's over with for me." 😡🤣🤣
