We are very unhappy about this. On March 4th, 2026, we went to a dental clinic and the dentist asked to file our teeth, which we agreed to. During the process, the dentist told us to stay still because it would uneven our teeth (our teeth are already uneven and there's a small crack, we don't know why it cracked even though we stayed still. Before, there were no cracks). We stayed still. After a while, we felt something stabbing us under our tongue. The dentist then used cotton to stop the bleeding. At the time, we thought the wound wasn't big, so the dentist and assistant didn't inform us of anything. But we felt pain from the moment the procedure was finished. We went at 2 PM. That day, we were busy and didn't have time to call back until 8 PM, when the clinic was closed. We couldn't reach them by then. On the night of the 4th, we felt the pain and went to a pharmacy to buy ointment. On the morning of the 5th, we went to see the dentist but didn't get a medical certificate. On the 6th, we contacted the clinic's Facebook page, explaining the details and sending pictures. On the morning of the 7th, we called the clinic to explain what happened, but they said the dentist hadn't informed them and they didn't know anything about it until we called. They said they needed a medical certificate and proof of expenses before they would take responsibility, and that they would inform us of the situation. The counter staff were informed by the doctor that they didn't see the wound in my mouth during the procedure, which I disagree with because the wound was very large. The clinic provided a medical certificate and expense report to handle this, but what I don't understand is why the doctor didn't apologize or inform me about the wound during the procedure. I wasted a lot of time, and you probably wouldn't want to waste it with me either, because everyone's time is valuable. For example, I work and don't have much free time. Even when I go to get my braces changed, I go during work hours because I don't have much time, but I still don't miss any treatment. #If I don't go for treatment, and don't have a receipt or certificate, will you not take responsibility? I'm confused. But I still haven't received any care. I've been a customer since 2024 without any problems; this only started happening on the 4th of this month.
