Dr. Rubin and his assistants guaranteed reliability, competence, and professionalism, all combined with kindness and patience (a lot of it with me!). We received 24-hour care both in Tirana and on our return to Rome, thanks to Emanuela, who took care of us, our flight, and our stay.
