It's a bit strange. I came for a checkup and was told to have a panoramic. The results were announced Friday before 4:00 a.m., according to the panoramic. But the doctor didn't respond. Later that night, they said to just wait until Monday and take some medication. I was already in so much pain! When I asked on Monday, they said they'd be able to do it until the 14th. We completely understand how uncomfortable and frustrating it can be to not get an appointment right away in such a situation. We would like to kindly explain that our clinic is not open 24 hours, and your husband’s visit was about 1.5 hours before our closing time. At that moment, our team also informed that the clinic would be closed over the weekend and reopen on Monday. During his visit, our dentist conducted an initial check and referred for Xray to determine the exact cause of the pain. After reviewing the case, we found that it needed to be consulted and treated by our endodontist (a specialist for tooth inflammation and infection). Unfortunately, our endodontist was fully booked this week, and the earliest availability was for the following week. We also asked whether your husband had any allergies to medication so we could prescribe something to help relieve his pain before the next appointment. However, we understand from your response that you decided to proceed with another clinic instead. We genuinely hope your husband is feeling better now. Thank you again for your valuable input. Father-in-law had dental implants done here and they did an exceptional job. Accommodating of multiple appointments, flexible around our travel, quality customer service and attentive dentists, hygienists and receptionists. Oh, and fairly priced. Highly recommend.

I had the opportunity to have new metal Top and bottom plates fitted while on holiday in Bali with family recently . Dentist did good work, staff was nice, place is clean and prices are fair. I paid 750k for checkup, drilling and filling for 1 teeth.
