Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The office was clean, welcoming, and professionally run, and the staff made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about making the visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed. They were attentive, professional, and made what is usually an unpleasant appointment feel surprisingly easy. It’s rare to find a dental office that is both efficient and genuinely kind, but this place delivered on both. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and a team that actually makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

My experience was so incredible. The doctors are very kind and attentive all the time, they also explain all the processes in a very simple, professional and clear way. I loved that they were taking care of my well-being the whole time in every detail (very grateful for those of us who find it difficult to go to the dentist for feeling it as an uncomfortable moment). After some research in the Playa Del Carmen area, I chose Kaab Dental Experts for all my dental needs. Their state-of-the-art equipment, cleanliness, and the fact that they speak both Spanish and English appealed to me. Dr. Daniela and her assistant provided me with a complete cleaning (cleaning, scaling, and polishing, with an examination by the dentist herself) followed by the repair of a chipped tooth. The quality of service and the price met my expectations. A big thank you to Dr. Daniela and her assistant! She will now be my dentist, and I highly recommend her!
