I recently completed my braces treatment at JY Dental Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and the results! From the beginning, the team was incredibly professional and caring. The doctor explained every step of the process clearly, making sure I knew what to expect, and the staff was always welcoming and attentive.
My 1st time visit. Dentist has advised and check throughly what wrong with my pain and toothache. Took X-ray to confirm. Reasonable price and advice. Was advised by experienced dentist, Dr Lim. Very derailed explanation provided.
Professional service, environmentally friendly and staff is really friendly. The best dental clinic you may find here. Overall experience 10/10!!

Very very good service from the receptionist and management team as they will always follow up about your condition after your operation. Specially recommend Dr Lim as he is very considerate and explains to me throughout my root canal treatment. He even accepted my funny request of taking a photo after the operation is finished. Will definitely be back even not for operation.
very good experience coming here. the dentist that saw me explained very patiently on the condition of my teeth, and also showed with pictures what needs to be done. also gave some advice for better oral care, really appreciated this ☺️ definitely recommend to check this place out!

Went to the dental on a Sunday. So glad they opened for business! My crown chipped & Dr Jeanne fixed it nicely. She is very patient with me when I asked a lot of questions regarding my tooth. Done the Xray & patching for RM230 which is very reasonable. Thank you JY Dental. Will surely come again & sticked to Dr Jeanne.

Just done my scaling and filling with Dr Wynne, she explained very clearly how the condition of my teeth and what option it takes to fix my teeth. So gentle that I didn’t really felt pain at all to be very honest.

I had a root canal and onlay/crowning done with Dr. Lim Jia Sheng. Whole process took four visits to complete over the span of five weeks. It’s been a month and the onlay is really well done, feels just like normal tooth! I came to Dr. Lim for a consultation with my badly decayed first molar. It had a big hole in the centre and collapsing wall structure. I thought the only remedy was extraction…

n and dentures or implants but thank goodness for Dr. Lim, he managed to save my tooth. I really have to commend Dr. Lim here, he really knows his stuff. The four visits I spent with him were painless. Even after going home upon finishing a session, there was zero pain! Only soreness, like muscles after a gym workout, in my jaw from opening my mouth too long and on my gum where the root canal was done. After each visit, I was back to chewing as usual on both sides of the mouth by the 3rd day. If I had to nitpick, Dr. Lim tends to be VERY EASILY distracted by admin and reception work. My 2nd session he exit and re-enter the room like 10 times in the middle of my session leaving me with a gaping hole in my mouth on the dental chair! Till today I’m still unsure how the room, and my mouth, maintained sterility and how I avoided infection. However, Dr. Lim does know when to double down and focus 101% during tricky parts of the treatment :) If I can advise future patients of one thing, DO NOT schedule your appointment as the first 9am session of the day. This is because I’ve found the nurses to be very unprepared and “un-warmed up”, tools are not set up properly and wrong tools are mistakenly prepared which disrupts the flow of the treatment session later. Doctor, on top of arriving late, needs to help correct the nurses’ job. Could be my luck, but my later appointments (scheduled after 10am) are definitely carried out more smoothly and professionally. If you don’t mind the occasional little wonky service, JY Clinic is definitely up there at the top for dental treatments. 11/10 would recommend!
Dr Lee is patient in explaining and is very gentle.
