I had wisdom teeth removal and everything went super smoothly ! Dr Heng and her assistant were gentle during the whole process and Dr Heng explained everything before, during and after the removal. I was a bit stressed but they both made me feel at ease and it went fast. Thank you !
I walked-in and was quickly attended to. Luckily, the dentist had an open slot. As I was having some teeth pain, we went for a consultation which was clear and to the point. I stayed for a scaling and air polishing (250 MYR total but the price is between 150 and 300 MYR according to the complexity for the scaling). Ivory Dental is the best! Dr Heng is truly amazing , I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted with no pain at all. My mum did her dentures here and says they’re super comfortable. My mother-in-law also had an extraction and kept praising Dr Heng for being professional, quick, and precise. We also did filling and scaling here , all done perfectly. Highly recommended!

y do. I was willing to fix all of them because they were all looking worn. The dentist explained the emax veneers which at first sounded fine, except to the point of shaving my teeth. I am not afraid to tell people I am afraid of the dentist - due to traumatic childhood experiences. The last thing I wanted was to shave my teeth for veneers. I’ve been with this clinic for a while, I share my fears all the time. The dentist gave another suggestion - that he wouldn’t need to shave my fangs because they were already pointed. I actually believed he put me at ease, and even thanked him for soothing my soul. So we scheduled for the next appointment in the afternoon, because I trusted him. With that trust, I returned and bravely sat on the dentist chair. Numbing cream & injection was administered- which I thought was weird but assumed needed to at least shave off the current composite veneers because I am sensitive and he wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Before we started I requested I see my old fangs when the old composites were removed. I wanted to know how they looked like now. Of course I couldn’t feel much in the process until later when the real drilling happened. That was not easy. Then I realise that not only was the old composite veneer removed but the back of one of my fangs was already shaved, prepared for the future emax veneers. It was in that moment I realised there is no turning back. The damage has been done. No choice but to continue. I was in shock, also with a splitting headache from the drilling and so very tired. Looking at my old fangs, I couldn’t help but regret everything. I should’ve kept my fangs, they weren’t so bad. I should’ve been more clear, even if I didn’t know how else to be. I should’ve just done what I’ve always done, avoiding all this pain. You would think the story ends here… it doesn’t. If you’ve made it this far, you’re gonna want to take note: I also regret not asking the price for the whole procedure. There was a lot of blind trust here. RM2500 per tooth. I got both done, that is RM5k total for the emax veneers. We had planned for whitening to even out the discolouration - that would cost me an extra RM2200 in the future. I was fitted temporary veneers for now and allowed to pay RM2500 (half payment) because I will be travelling til December - with plans to continue the process when I return……………………… I don’t know. My front teeth, gum and brain feel violated in so many ways. It is as if I chose to retraumatise myself again. What if I suddenly go through more drilling? More shaving of some other tooth I did not ask for? And then have to pay an exorbitant price what I did not ask for? Is it all worth the physical pain and financial stress? This thought makes me very emotional. I hardly slept last night. The temporary veneers will have to do til they fall off… or til I’m six feet underground. Whichever comes first. I am too scared to continue.

A slight modification is beneficial to ensure proper retention of the veneer. We understand it may seem worrisome but each clinical decision taken is to ensure durability of your restoration. This is my regular dental because it is near to home. But i tried other clinic which has better review when my 5 years old got toothache. night. The next day I decided to come to this clinic and wow am i impressed with the difference that before this i ignored and didn’t realized. The equipment is better. They use proper lighting to check and gave my son a cool sunglasses to protect from the bright light. Dr. Malcom is excellent when communicating with small kids. They even have LCD on the ceiling so kids can forget about the whole procedure. The doctor checked and there is food stuck at the pain spot. After cleaning and filler it is RM250 which is reasonable enough for me. The best dental in town thank you to Dr. Malcolm and team.

Fantastic clinic. The clinic is open 7 days a week which is a bonus in case of emergencies. We like going here because almost felt like a “boutique clinic”. The co-owners are very pleasant & made the visit as comfortable as possible.

Very nice and clean modern dental clinic. Dr Heng and her staff are welcoming, polite and caring. The clinic is also an Invisalign provider. treatment. When I express my doubts and concerns, Dr Heng was respectful and offered me help in finding another clinic that would suit my needs. This is a sign of extreme professionalism which isn’t common to find nowadays when it comes to private dental or medical care. I also had a polishing and scaling done and it’s been one of the gentlest, yet thorough and precise, I’ve had in the past years. Although they won’t be my Invisalign clinic, I’ll definitely see them again and will recommend them to by friends and family. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Ivory Dental! Dr Heng is very gentle and genuinely caring. Throughout my procedures, she was informative and provided a sense of assurance I really needed. The most comfortable scaling experience I’ve ever had, and she’s brilliant with cosmetic dental work.
