I had a very good cleaning here. The female dentist took a lot of time cleaning and was very thorough. Other cleanings I had felt too rushed but this one was good because my gums did not hurt and all stains removed. FYI the door you need to know on for them to open.

Amazing experience for a chipped tooth. Doctor was sooo kind & so quick. Got in the same day. Cost $80 to fix a chipped tooth. Not bad! I’ll definitely come back for teeth whitening next time I’m in town. Thanks again!

had broken. She saw me the next day. She was very understanding that I was stressed about the pain and worried because I'd been told they might have to devitalize my tooth if it continued to hurt after the inlay. And indeed, I had been in pain since October 2025. She took the time to explain how an inlay works, took an X-ray of my tooth, and found that the nerve was fine. She suggested the pain could be due to an air bubble under the inlay, which was causing pain when chewing, and that the bubble had probably burst from the pressure of a grain of salt. She filled the gap with resin, and I haven't had any pain since, after more than six months of not being able to eat on that side. This is only the second time I've seen her in three years, and she remembered me. She takes the time to listen, thoroughly analyze the problem, and treats painlessly. Thank you so much.

While vacationing in Playa del Carmen, we were recommended this dental clinic. It exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent and personalized; Dr. Itzia is very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She is very professional. I hadn't been able to go to the dentist in 5 years, so I had quite a bit of buildup, and I don't know how she did it, but she managed to leave my teeth super clean and with a soft touch! I always have to ask my dentists to be gentle because I have sensitive teeth, but with Dr. Itzia, it was automatic. She also took "before" pictures of my teeth so I could see the difference afterward, and yes, her services definitely leave teeth whiter. I definitely left looking like I'd had a whitening treatment. I also have to add that her attention doesn't stop at the cleaning; she also recommended toothpastes, gave me a mouthwash to reduce inflammation and help my gums heal, and sent me links to buy them. Very bad experience. I made an appointment and they didn't have the right equipment. Now I'm in pain and they couldn't do anything; I have to go somewhere else.

Hello, thank you for writing. I believe I saw your wife, not you. Your wife was informed about her current treatment and that it was necessary for her orthodontist to see her for several reasons. She didn't want to change her treatment, and she agreed. Everything was put back in place as it was; nothing was modified. On the contrary, I suggested she needed certain dental treatments to improve her oral health and showed them to her with an intraoral camera. I hope you have a happy new year and that you return to your original orthodontist.
Best painless experience in my entireeee LIFE! Every step of the way. I've never felt this comfortable with a Dental office before. Looking forward to getting everything else done.

While on vacation, I had to make a short notice appointment, the dentist came in on her day off to tend to me. She ended up calling in a surgeon to remove my tooth, again short notice. I was in and out of the office within 2 hours. Very accommodating, efficient, and caring. 100% recommend this dentist.

went away so quickly because she is so kind and empathetic. I did plaque removal and whitening. I wasn’t expecting super white because I have dental implants on my canines that can’t be whitened. We did two sessions, one with plaque removal and initial whitening, and then the second the next week just whitening. I can’t stop smiling, I haven’t felt this happy about my teeth in a very long time. I went to her just for whitening, and she will now be my dentist (I’m an ex-pat). Thanks so much doctor! The best experience in every way possible, coming from someone who always has dental anxiety and no longer does. I also wrote this review on my own, I wasn’t asked, I just wanted others to see if they are in need of dental work. I just wish I could give 15 stars instead of five, she is amazing. Before and after, different smile! So happy :)
