I came across the Galaxy Dental Clinic online through an advertisement for clear aligners for my 12-year-old daughter's dental and jaw treatment. I occasionally see such advertisements and promotions on my page, but then I came across Dr. Yasin's video about jaw treatment with clear aligners. I listened to it and started looking at their website. His detailed explanations of the treatment procedures and the subject matter, in a language that everyone can easily understand, convinced me to go and see him. Although I wondered if it would be too expensive in Ataköy, I wanted to make an appointment and go. We went for our first appointment on Saturday, January 3rd. It was quite busy, or maybe I just happened to be there during peak hours, but that busyness certainly made me happy (I think if you're good at your job and enjoy it, of course there will be a lot of demand). 😊 Dr. Ece, who examined my daughter, examined her with great dedication and meticulousness (my daughter also had a fear of dentists), approaching her very gently and easily. Dr. Duygu, like Dr. Ece, examined my daughter down to the smallest detail and performed X-rays and other procedures using the latest technology and techniques. The doctor's assistant and Ms. Esra, who prepared our bill, were very helpful, thank you. Ms. Açelya, whom I spoke to on the phone, and all of them were really very attentive and friendly. The other staff there were also relaxed; I didn't see anyone acting stressed. If you are happy in your environment, you can reflect that to the other person. The clinic is really very hygienic; the toilets are spotlessly clean, and most importantly, the examination room and the instruments and materials used are all very clean. And hygiene. I came two months ago for myself and my child, and while I am very pleased with the hygiene of your clinic and the attention of your patient coaches, I would especially like to mention the pediatric dentistry specialist: the doctor and her assistant took excellent care of us. Beyond the workmanship, thanks to Dr. Halime, my child overcame his fear during his first examination. She is a highly successful professional; when I took my son to different clinics, we couldn't even convince him to sit in the chair, let alone have an X-ray. She made it a fun, enjoyable experience, saving us from general anesthesia, and I wanted to thank her for that. Doctors can be found everywhere, but unfortunately, caring technicians are not always readily available.

This is a place where, even though they give us an appointment every time we go, we always wait at least an hour.
