I am very satisfied with Istadental. I had four implants and 22 crowns placed. Everything went smoothly. The doctors and staff, and the entire Istadental team, are extremely professional.

I had repeatedly inquired about the hotel we were staying at in advance and was given the runaround. The week before my stay with Istadental, we were already on holiday in Turkey. staying in a 3-star hotel. I find this very disappointing, as the standard left much to be desired, and Istadental definitely advertises something different. If you're not a celebrity, you end up in a dive. Breakfast was supposed to be included. However, at check-in, we were told that we would have to pay for breakfast ourselves. After several inquiries with Istadental (my contact person was named Merve), we received no concrete information about breakfast and no attempt to accommodate us. Since we arrived at the hotel late, there wasn't much that could be done. It was very disappointing. The next day, we went out for breakfast at our own expense. After this unpleasant experience, I decided against further treatment with Istadental. Since June 22nd, I have been chasing after my €500 deposit, which Istadental has not refunded. I have not signed a contract and have not received any treatment.
I was in Istanbul at Istadental and I'm more than happy; everything went smoothly. My doctor was great, everyone was helpful, and an interpreter was always available. I can highly recommend it.
