I've had problems with my teeth for years. I've finally found a solution at Istadental☺️ I've now completed the first phase of treatment. I received excellent care during the time leading up to this appointment, and all my questions were answered. I can ask any questions via WhatsApp. I wholeheartedly recommend Istadental. Very clean practice and very friendly staff and doctors. The daily transfer from the hotel to the clinic and back also went smoothly. I'm very satisfied with the results of my teeth.

e other side spoke such good German. I really felt like I was talking to someone from my home country. The only minor criticism I see was the additional treatment costs. But honestly, the money was absolutely worth it. You more than deserve these amounts because you truly provide a very high-quality service. The hotel where we stayed was great, and the transfer service was also excellent. It's often difficult to establish good communication with doctors in Germany, but the doctors here were very attentive. We even gave the doctor flowers – that was very special for me, as I'd never bought anyone flowers before! :) The fact that almost everyone at the hotel was there for dental treatment was also a nice experience. You could chat with other patients in a relaxed atmosphere. Yesterday, for example, a patient wanted to have implants and was very scared – I convinced him: "Look, I had it done too, and it didn't hurt at all," I said. I will recommend you in every way. I even brought a friend because I trusted you. Both he and I were very satisfied. I was also impressed by the young and dynamic nature of your team.

e hotel, I spoke with other patients. Many told me the same thing: they, too, had only chosen this clinic because of the "friendly communication for anxious patients" on the phone. My advice to other patients with dental anxiety: Don't be afraid to see other doctors – with anesthesia, every treatment is possible, and at significantly lower prices. Don't be fooled and don't pay double. We agreed on a fixed price after my X-ray. But then, suddenly, more and more treatments were added (fillings, root canals, etc.). I even had to wait in the office for almost an hour with my mouth numb because I was €20 short for an "additional treatment"—even though I was going to be there for several more days and could easily have paid the money the next day. My most important warning: Never pay the entire amount upfront! I paid the full amount for zirconia crowns, but they only fitted me with a temporary crown—claiming my gums weren't ready for the final one. I only found this out after they'd already taken the money! I would never have paid under those conditions. And that's why I had to come back a second time. I almost canceled the treatment, but then they charged me extra for the hotel, all the transfers, the expensive treatments—everything, about €2,000. Then I thought, whatever, I'll come back. And later they told me I should plan on 10–14 days for the second treatment (the first time they told me it would take a maximum of 5 days). I had never been told this before! Then I wanted my money back – I didn't care about the cost. But I received no response to my request. I was completely ignored. Only months later, when I wrote to schedule a new appointment, did I get a reaction. Then came the next disappointment: the aesthetic design. I was promised that my wishes would be taken into account. I was even persuaded to get monolithic crowns (around €250 per tooth) because they were supposed to look "even more natural." My only wish was for a slightly oval shape. But even that wasn't achieved. For days, I only received temporary plastic teeth that didn't meet my expectations at all. Finally, due to time constraints, we had to move on to the final teeth. But these didn't meet my expectations either. In my experience, the lab has no understanding of aesthetics – transparency, shape, and naturalness are completely lacking. Even the temporary crowns looked better than the final ones. The ten days I spent there with my dentist were a disaster. Any requests for changes or complaints like "too long, too thick, doesn't fit, I don't like it" were met with "That's normal, that's how it's supposed to be." There was no question of collaboration. It's also striking that the practice hardly ever shows photos of its work. Instead, they advertise heavily using influencers. Today, I deeply regret not having gone to a different clinic that friends and acquaintances recommended. There, you don't even have to explain your wishes in detail because the dentists automatically create beautiful, natural-looking teeth—and at significantly better prices. If you value your nerves, your money, your time, and aesthetics, find another dentist. Because you won't get what you envision there—despite the monolithic material. I will definitely have to have my teeth redone somewhere else.
