Very bad. For my initial consultation, they woke me up very early only to make me wait an hour and a half for the surgeon. Of course, they increased the price when I arrived. Then they refused to give me a ride, and I had to call a taxi.

My experience with the gastric sleeve surgery was excellent in every aspect: the care, the doctors, everything was highly recommended. The translator, Sara, was a very kind, friendly, and patient person. I highly recommend Clínica Internacional Plus.

I'm from the Dominican Republic and came to Turkey to have gastric sleeve surgery with International Plus. Everything was excellent. They were very punctual with absolutely all the tests. The translators were excellent. Sara, in particular, was very nice, professional, kind, and empathetic. I would recommend this clinic a thousand times over without hesitation.

it would be too much to tell. Within 4 years I called the clinic, told them that I still had sensitivity and pain, I went back for investigations (hotel + plane tickets covered by me). They said that everything was fine and that I should use mouthwash, a few words to get rid of me, some time passed and I contacted them again, and I came to the clinic with more pain. They did an X-ray and their reason for the pain was because the upper wisdom teeth were pressing on my teeth and needed to be removed, said and done I paid €200 to have them removed and after that there would be no more pain. 6 months passed and the pain was still in the place I said. I went back and I was already fed up with their constant coming and going, they did another X-ray and saw an infection in the tooth that I had been telling them for a year that it hurt and they said that the infection had started from the wisdom teeth, down to 4 teeth where I had root canal treatments, and from the beginning of the work they left a small space between the gum and the tooth where food always gets in! As an option I had to pay another €1000 to have 8 of my teeth drilled through with zirconium crowns, to have the root canals treated and then I had fillings put in which after some time they turned yellow and I had to come back for another cleaning for a fee! I got really angry when I saw that they didn't care about me, and they were only interested in taking something else. On my last visit, I had come with my brother-in-law to have his teeth done, seeing what happened, my brother-in-law didn't want to do it anymore, so they called me and made me an offer to treat my infections for free, drill crowns and after fillings, but to convince my brother-in-law to do the work with them because it was about €9000!!!!! I was told directly that they had no profit from me, but if they make a profit from him then they will do what is necessary for me so that I don't have any more pain!!!!! After what I went through, I don't recommend the clinic to anyone!!! Every time I went there, I saw many people who came back with different problems and the doctors did nothing to solve them, the first thing they talked about was money to pay more! and then they somehow managed to get away as quickly as possible. I told them that I would refuse their offer and that I would look for another clinic to help me with the problems that they caused me! That's what I did. I went to Lema Clinic, paid and was treated, all the crowns replaced, infections, root canal treatments and now I can say that I no longer have any pain or sensitivity. I do not recommend International Plus, wasted money, bad service, pain and disappointment!!!!!!

Thank you, your clinic is fast and professional. They replaced my crowns, which were installed at another clinic in Turkey four months ago and which refused to solve the problem. They were bothering me and causing a lot of problems. You solved the problem in three days by replacing them with different crowns. I plan to come back soon to have my lower crowns replaced.
