I was treated at Clínica Intégra, which performed two small fillings and a teeth cleaning, covered by my health insurance plan. The next day, a filling fell out. Clínica Intégra denied the warranty, claiming it wasn't the same tooth and that they couldn't redo the filling because it would have to be an "inlay," which isn't covered by the plan. fix it with a filling and that it is indeed the same tooth (tooth #47), but the plan doesn't cover it because Clínica Intégra should have provided a warranty. I had to bear the cost of Clínica Intégra's mistake. I haven't been reimbursed yet. I will keep this review until I am reimbursed. DO NOT GO TO CLÍNICA INTÉGRA

Hello! We regret that you felt dissatisfied. At Intégra Odontologia e Saúde, we work with complete ethics and follow rigorous technical criteria to indicate the safest treatment for each patient. In your case, we assessed that the loss of dental structure was extensive, and therefore a resin restoration was not the most stable or safe option. In these cases, the correct indication is an onlay, which offers greater resistance and reduces the risk of fractures. It is also important to emphasize that we cannot assume any guarantee or responsibility for restorations performed in another clinic, as we have no control over the technique, materials, or execution performed by third parties. Even so, we are fully open to reviewing the case carefully. Our commitment is always to the safety and well-being of our patients. We are at your disposal.
I am undergoing treatment with Dr. Marcela and I am very satisfied! She is very careful and attentive, always making me feel very safe. Contacting the office is very easy and quick. The environment is great and cozy. I highly recommend her!

The office is well located, with easy access to parking. Dr. Marcela was punctual (which is very important to me) and her consultation was very calm. She first listened to my needs, examined me, and carefully explained all the next steps.
