parking, and still arrived about 10-15 minutes early, precisely to respect the scheduled time. Even so, at 8:00 AM no one called me. 8:10 AM… nothing. 8:15 AM… nothing. Meanwhile, what I saw was a conversation between employees, laughter, and no attention whatsoever to the patient who was waiting. I even heard the receptionist comment that I was waiting, and Dr. Natália only replied that she was still "setting up the table." With all due respect, the table needs to be ready at the time the patient was scheduled, not later. We're talking about an expensive service, which isn't cheap, and the minimum expected is respect for the schedule and the patient. When a person organizes themselves, travels from another city, and arrives punctually for an appointment, they expect to receive the same level of commitment from the other side. Unfortunately, today what I felt was disorganization and negligence. This completely undermines trust in the service.
I really enjoyed the service, both from the receptionists who gave me a wonderful coffee, and from the doctor who treated me.
My appointment was at 4 PM and I was seen at 5 PM! The appointment lasted about 15 minutes and I was well attended to!
I appreciate the work of the entire team. I'm feeling very well, no pain, a little swollen, but no problems. Thank you very much for the excellent work.
I have always received excellent service. From the secretaries, who are extremely helpful, to the doctor, who conducts the entire process with great competence and care.
