O Instituto Bauer foi fundado pela Dra. Jessica Bauer no ano de 2019. Formada em Odontologia pela Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa, com Mestrado pela mesma Instituição, especialista em Implantes Dentários e Cirurgia Bucomaxilofacial, hoje é a administradora e responsável pela gerência da equipe de dentistas que fazem parte do Instituto.
