Excellent service, broke my front tooth having a meal at 8pm in Marbella, got an appointment and was sitting in the dentist chair at 9pm the same night. Maryam did an excellent repair job with no fuss and there is no evidence of the break whatsoever. Thank you again.
They need to update their hours, because they list 24 hours for emergencies and I've been here for over an hour and they're not answering the cell phones, much less being able to enter the building.
Extremely efficient and kind, spoke fluent English and explained things so clearly. Fit us in for an emergency appointment quickly. Would definitely recommend!
Overpriced for the level of service… I spent €400 to replace my night guard. This is double what I have paid in the past. I requested an upper mouth tray and got a lower one. It was handed to me in a baggy with no travel container. The overall experience was disappointing. I will be looking for another provider in the area for future dental needs.

Hi James This is Dr Ashrafi writing to you . I am very sad that you felt you were disappointed and felt you were charged overpriced . I will reassure you that you were not charged a lot and will PM you the invoice of the lab that made your night guard and will see how much I have paid to make one for you . Secondly I had explained to you the treatment how it works and you had no preferences whether you have it for the upper jaw or lower jaw . You left it to me to choose . I had told you the option of soft one or hard one and you did not know the differences and I went for the best protectional made one . The lab charges are high which you will receive the invoice over it . Regarding the box to carry it yes the lab did not provide me one . They basically send the night guard in a sealed bag although I went through all of my Orthopaedic boxes to look for a spare one and did not fine one and I offered you that I will order you one and you said it is fine and leave it . I apologise for not having one to give to you .i will contact the lab and will bring up this point to them that from now on they have to provide a carrier box . But I am very sad that despite all of the information I gave you from the very first time you contacted by email , I was personally in contact with you myself trying to get you what you wanted still leaving me such a bad review . Hope you find a better dentist in Marbella .

I did not get a chance to see you nor talking to you but I have been told that you contacted late night in weekend and you were offered an appointment but kept asking many technical questions regarding the ability of the dentist and the receptionist found you abusive and we have a zero tolerance policy for abusive behaviour on the phone and the receptionist did not want to continue keeping the line busy . Sorry for the inconvenience. Next time please when you have pain please take the appointment and come and discuss your case with the dentist . The receptionist can not help you other than allocating time for you .
I recommend it 100%. The doctor helped us a lot. My daughter got two firsts at the water park. The doctor quickly took an X-ray and adjusted the teeth to the correct position.

A terrible experience. They tried to extract one of my teeth, claiming it wasn't infected, when in reality I had infections in both. Had I agreed, they would have completely ruined my mouth. All for money, without any regard for my health. Utterly irresponsible. Thankfully, I went to another clinic where they treated me properly with antibiotics. I absolutely do not recommend them.

d ways to keep the costs down. Unfortunately, the pain became too much, and he called her again for a root canal treatment. She was able to see him the very next day. The treatment was done quickly and professionally. In the following days, my son felt completely fine and had no more pain. We are incredibly grateful for her excellent care and warm approach. Thank goodness there are still doctors who love their profession, and it shows! I went to this clinic for an emergency on a Thursday night at 10:00 PM, and I don't regret it at all. I just called on a Sunday for a dental appointment and while inquiring the receptionist got upset and told me it’s Sunday and you don’t have much options and hung up on me!!!!! If this is the way they treat potential patients then I don’t know how it will be once I am unfortunate enough to be there!!!!

Hi after talking and investigating the situation i must day that what you say is not reflecting what was said on the phone . On Sunday night you called and asked for specialist to refit a crown on a tooth for your wife . The receptionist told you that we have one dentist who attend the emergencies and to fit a loose crown does not require specialist to do it and beside it is Sunday and it is night and you do not have much option to choose . There is no one else to help you in Marbella at this house . Your response was yes that you could wait until Monday . The receptionist told you to then wait until Monday and finished the conversation . You must appreciate that we do not have time nor energy to go through lengthy discussion over booking. An emergency appointment . We do not wish to keep the line busy so that others who need us can reach us . You were give a time but you wanted to only see a specialist on a Sunday night . Sorry we could not help you .

I fell and cracked 2 front veneers while over in Marbella for the weekend. A call to infinity late at night and I was in the next day. The best dentist I have ever had. Maryam is knowledgeable, skilled, patient and kind. She calmed my nerves and explained the procedures in a way no dentist has ever done before ( I have visited many in my life). Do you believe in Angels?!?! I am not religious but I found my angel! On holiday and I had a problem at about 1930 with a crown coming off a tooth! OMG! She booked me in for 2200 that night! Spoke perfect English. Sorted me out in 20 mins. I couldn't believe my luck. Her chair side manner is incredible. I could NOT thank her enough! Never had this kinda service anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend here.

Fantastic dentist. I had broken a molar whilst on holiday. Was in 2 minds whether to wait until I went home but decided to get it checked out. Maryam was very comforting and didn't make a big deal of the situation like my own dentist would so I agreed to having the treatment. 100% the right decision. She was very gentle and explained every part of the process. Highly recommend

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience at this clinic, she put braces on my lower jaw, after installation the left side raised the teeth from the roots, there was pain and bleeding, and I removed the braces at another clinic the next day, as the doctor continued to claim that this was normal. Hi miss Asanova . I don’t know why you are writing this . I have treated all of your family and you were happy and you were even coming from Dubai to see me . What has happened ? After 1 year I removed your braces and treatment was completed .
I had a tooth infection and was able to get an emergency visit with 1 hours notice, Maryam was great at explaining the issues and what was needed and also helped with a second opinion on tooth fillings. I feel much better now. Thank you.

My brace fell off just right before my flight and we didn’t know what to do, it was almost 10PM and all of the clinics in Malaga and Marbella were closed, except of the Infinity Dental Clinic Marbella. We called the clinic and explained the situation, doctor Mariam was already out , but she came back in order to help me with my problem. We are really grateful for her professionalism and help.

I called at 7.30 pm saturday night got the appointment at 8.15 and at 9.00 pm my nerve treatment was done and pain gone. Excellent Dr. dentist and first class service. Thanks a lot for that
