A wonderful and friendly place. I've been afraid of dentists since childhood, but thanks to Dr. Kasia and the rest of the staff, that's a thing of the past. My tooth was fixed for a relatively small price. I highly recommend it!

The people at indexmedica really know how to make you feel welcome and they take so good care of there pasients. I live in norway but since the prices Are so good at indexmedica, i ONLY use this clinik in poland instead or Norwegian dentist. I would give them 20 stars if possible. MUST VISIT!! :D
Cannot understand why there is negative feedback about this dentistry , I cannot fault them in any way , from the pick up from the airport , to arranging my stay , the reception I got on arrival at the dentist ,the way everybody introduced themselves made me completely at ease for any treatment I and my wife had . repairs to her teeth, well guess what , they are now done , no problems at all nothing at all what she expected . The quality of the work is extremely good , we are both absolutely satisfied in every way about the way it was done , the finished result and of course , the price . I am very pleased to say , we will be going back to Index Medica regulary for check ups and to again see beautiful Kraków
Friendly, professional service. All doubts were clarified during the consultation, and the treatment plan was presented and discussed in an accessible manner. The manager doesn't understand that maintaining a good relationship with the client is the essence of business. After paying for the service, I couldn't get an X-ray for four weeks, citing a malfunction/broken equipment. Consequently, I demanded a refund. The manager, still stubborn, started calling my doctor to ask if I really needed it, even though I'd already paid for it. It was a waste of time…

On behalf of Indexmedica, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused. The printer malfunctioned during the X-ray, and the patient was immediately informed. The patient agreed to collect the film at a later date, once the malfunction had been resolved. The manager, responding to customer needs, contacted the dental office that required the X-ray. The sole intention of this contact, given the inability to print on film, was to enable the patient to receive a multimedia version or other printout of the X-ray. At the patient's request, the costs of producing and printing the X-ray were refunded. Indexmedica will make every effort to minimize such incidents. We sincerely apologize for this situation.
The only think they care about is your money!!! Go somewhere else. Have been there in October and still fixing what they have done.
RIDICULOUS PRICE LIST. In the treatment plan, they even charge for the doctor's and assistant's gloves. They even charge you for the lights and use of the chair. Good clinic, but ridiculous prices.

Be careful choosing Indexmedica dental clinic in Krakow Poland, they ruined my teeth on every possible level. Now I am fighting for my life to save whatever is left , after the that butchers. I did very extensive dental works and spent a lot of money there : lots of root canals , as a part of preparation for full ceramic crowns. Now it is total disaster. as all was badly done. Every tooth , which was treated in Indexmedica , are now having infections, also I had to remove/ extract 8 teeth, because it was done so badly, that there was no way to clean the bad root canals feelings ( fiberglass posts), which Indexmedica did. The crowns they did, the base was not prepared correctly ( the tooth) ,bad installation , I developed gum disease . The bite was never corrected, now I have TNJ joint problems. All problems began after 2 years ( when the guarantee expired) . When I walked out the doors , everything "looked fine, but now it is not!
It's not particularly pleasant to have to visit the dentist abroad. Nevertheless, it does happen that a filling suddenly comes loose. Fortunately, I took the problem to Indexmedica. The treatment seemed very professional, the technical equipment left nothing to be desired, the dentist informed me of all the details in advance and took plenty of time, and the bill was reasonable for the work.…
