This clinic is very good! Dr. Jessica, Dr. Aline, and Dr. Karol are excellent dentists and people. They greatly facilitated the treatment conditions for my mother, managing to alleviate years of discomfort. The secretary, Selma, and the assistant, Evelyn, are also very kind! There's always coffee and biscuits in the waiting room, and that's the most important thing 😂.

I went to the In Rio clinic for orthodontic treatment with invisible aligners and I was very well received at reception and also by Dr. Jessica, who explained the whole procedure, the necessary exams, the maintenance, and today we are practically at the end of the treatment. The result is perfect, everything went as planned and I am very satisfied.

I received excellent care from Dr. Roger! The clinic is lovely and all the staff are very polite! I needed an emergency filling for my broken tooth and I was very pleased with the service!

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. The room where I was treated was dirty, especially the area where the dentist's instruments are kept on the chair. Not to mention the cracks in the chair's material. The photopolymerization unit had a completely black cable. A filling done by Dr. Ana Cecília fell out the next day. I think because it's an Amil plan, they use poor quality materials and do things haphazardly. If you ever go there and enter the room opposite the entrance to the office (the one where I was seen), take a good look because I saw everything was very dirty. It's regrettable to have to go through this when all we want is to be treated with dignity. If they don't want to do a good job for the insurance company, nobody is obligated to work with it. The agreement is the gateway to private work. But how can you trust professionals who work this way for private work?

All our rooms follow cleaning and biosecurity protocols, being sanitized between each patient. The statement that the environment was dirty does not reflect the reality of our clinic. (Because, your safety is MY safety too) This comment surprises me, as we discussed your appointment via WhatsApp and you did not mention these points. Regarding your treatment, we know that some cases require closer and more individualized monitoring, especially when they involve parafunctional habits that can compromise restorations. We discussed in the first consultation that you would need to use other mechanisms to preserve the restorations, even with all the care and explanations given during the consultation. Even so, our team offered to redo the restorations and provide the necessary support, as we always do. Regardless of insurance or private care, we offer the same care and professionalism to everyone. The place is great, the professionals are excellent, but I had a bad experience with Dr. Roger Linhares. He's a nice guy, but as a dentist, he glued my teeth together during the filling, preventing the use of dental floss. I scheduled a cleaning through my health insurance plan and found the dentist's service very poor. The suction device wasn't working, but that wasn't the problem. The cleaning lasted about 3 minutes, and the dentist answered my questions quickly without paying attention. She rushed through everything. I think it was because it was through the insurance plan.
