Since I live in Italy, I made an appointment with them, telling me the first visit is free. After two minutes of looking at my mouth, they told me something else needed to be done and that it would cost €100. I said yes, thinking it was necessary, when they did everything they could to get that €100. They told me the same things I already knew and that they would send me a quote as soon as possible.
