People, don't go there, ever. The staff is super nice and I have no complaints about their attitude, but the quality of work is very low. procedure that takes no more than 15/20 minutes, they did it for 1 hour (and not completely). The price for this service was told to me over the phone in leva, and when paying it turned out that the price was in euros - in other words x2. The clinic looks good, but that's it. I would not return.

The prices of all our services are indicated in leva and euro, as required by Bulgarian law, and the official price list is available to patients at the registry and in each of our offices. To be precise regarding the service you used - according to the price list, it is worth 300€/586.75lv, and you (given the smaller volume of work) paid 293lv. In the conversation you cited with our representative, of which we keep a record, the colleague explicitly stated that for partial reconstruction, the price of the service varies between 200 and 400lv, depending on the complexity of the case. Regarding the duration of the procedure - our records for the day show that it was not overdue, as it was performed within your scheduled time from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
