I had treatment three years ago and lost two crowns. I spent 20,000 reais on basic treatment, fillings, root canals, etc. Money thrown in the trash. But in my naiveté and good faith, I didn't ask for a guarantee.

I'm sorry for your frustration, but it would be interesting to say that those R$20,000 were part of the entire treatment, which you didn't want to do. Everything we did always had our legally guaranteed service contract; we have a service agreement precisely for that reason. Unfortunately, you only opted to do 1/3 of your treatment because, after years of neglect, your rehabilitation was a long and delicate process. Unfortunately, you didn't allow us to complete the entire proposed treatment, so we did what was possible to improve your self-esteem. I hope we can try to resolve your dissatisfaction, but always remember that the ideal is always to complete the entire proposed treatment.
I've been a customer for 12 years, and I feel welcomed as if I were at home. I recommend it!
