o tight. When attempting to insert it, it was necessary to force one side, which ended up breaking the prosthesis. I immediately contacted the clinic, was instructed to return, and the same professional who performed the service was supposed to repair it. I received a call informing me that the prosthesis was ready and went to the clinic again. However, another professional tried to insert it, forced it, and the prosthesis broke again. After this, I was surprised by the presence of a clinic representative who informed me that the health insurance plan had denied the procedure, that the prosthesis was made "improvised," that there had been no payment, and that there was nothing more they could do, suggesting that I seek another clinic. This is unacceptable. The prosthesis was made there, under the technical responsibility of the clinic. Even if there are issues with the insurance plan, the patient cannot be harmed. I am without my lower prosthesis, which is detrimental to my oral health, speech, self-esteem, and ability to eat. I request an immediate resolution: either the clinic remakes the prosthesis correctly, or it provides written justifications for the technical and contractual reasons that support the refusal, so that I can appeal to the appropriate authorities.

Good afternoon, I am the technical manager of Implante Master. I would like your evaluation to be reconsidered, as we incurred the cost and took the care to do a job with a quality that your plan did not cover, since we do not work with the covered material, as it is of very poor quality. Due to our insistence on doing something better than what was contracted, we thought that the insurance company would at least cover the plan's value, even if we took a loss by doing a better quality job for a lower fee. However, we ended up with a total loss, as we received absolutely nothing; in other words, your work was free. The correct thing would have been to remove it from your mouth, since it wasn't paid for and we don't work for free. Even so, to avoid embarrassment, we left you with both prostheses, where we spent clinical time and paid the prosthetist over R$1,000. Unfortunately, the lower prosthesis needed adjustment, and when you came here, it fractured, but we are certain it was due to improper use. If we had been paid for the service, we would have gladly repeated it. So, in summary: we were absolutely professional and ethical. If any complaint is warranted, it should be made to the health insurance company. In our view, there is no way for you to complain about something that was donated. Therefore, I ask that this post be removed, as we may indeed file a lawsuit for slander and defamation against our renowned clinic with over 36 years of service. We have already canceled your health insurance plan precisely because it requires us to work with materials that we do not consider appropriate to maintain our excellent service. I sincerely hope you find a clinic within your health insurance plan that satisfies you.
