Had my first visit today and had a wonderful, painless experience with dr Sudha and nurse Marilyn. I had a sensitive tooth (which turned out to be an overhanging defective filling) which was missed by another dental clinic. Dr Sudha was very professional and attentive, he immediately identified the root cause and repaired the filling beautifully. The entire process was painless without any local anaesthesia. Charges were transparent and very reasonable. I will definitely come back again, and will recommend to all family and friends!

I came to this clinic with severe dental pain and was seen immediately. It turned out to be a bone lesion in the jaw resulting from an infected tooth. A thousand thoughts ran through my head. Would this require major surgery? How much would it cost? Would I have to return to Australia to see a specialist — which can take months? But truly, I needn’t have worried. The examining dentist (Dr Denlee) reassured me that they could deal with the problem immediately. The treatment involved root canal therapy and drainage, with a crown fitted within three days. The calm and collected endodontist, Dr Sudharshan, and the senior-most dentist, Dr How, made themselves available for the procedures, which were quick and painless (my biggest worry), with plenty of anaesthetic, care, and understanding — thank you also to the nurses Ms Ruby and Ms Marilyn. I am flying back to Sydney tomorrow, very glad that I came across this clinic and received treatment here.

I had part of my fixed retainer removed because it was detached. The service was good for this procedure. However, things started to take a turn when they did my scaling after because I had 牙丝 while I just had my scaling three months ago at a different clinic. All I can say about the scaling is that it was unprofessional at best (not having me wearing goggles during scaling and having water trinkled over my spectacles). After the scaling, I felt acute pain in my gum. I went to a different dental clinic for the diagnosis and while the dentist over at the different clinic mentioned that it may not be the scaling that caused it. It still felt a painful feeling in my mouth (literally).

After more than a year of treatment, I finally completed the entire process and have a brand new smile. Now, not only has my chewing function returned to normal, but my teeth are also stable and natural, and my self-confidence has greatly improved.
