A place where you can receive adequate professional care. As a colleague, I rate Dr. Bancheva and her colleagues very highly. They are competent in many areas, they look at cases comprehensively, not piecemeal. The patients I refer for a specific problem have always been satisfied.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Staykova! I have never met any other doctor with such an approach to my child (and to me😅). Since the morning I had no idea how I would get the little one into the office and after the meeting with Dr. Staykova she smiled, they cleaned her up, and we even did a photo shoot on the chair! I highly recommend and thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I went to this clinic, it's a classic scam: 50 leva for a consultation and they'll do the crowns for three months, claiming they have a lot of clients... + all sorts of cleanings, etc., which adds up to 1,500 leva for two zirconium crowns. Naturally, no sane person would wait that long and won't come back.

Dear Mr. V.S., We are sorry that you have such an impression after visiting our clinic, but we are obliged to clearly state that what you have written is not true. Firstly, you were not at a "consultation", as you claim, but at a clinical examination conducted by a qualified dentist who has received at least 6 years of higher medical education. This is not a conversation with a friend or acquaintance, but a medical service based on knowledge, experience and dissuasion, and, accordingly, it is paid for. Secondly, it is not true that the manufacture of zirconium crowns takes three months. In our practice, the standard period is up to 5 working days. In your particular case, we are talking about two front teeth that were previously treated, and that is why it was recommended to install temporary crowns to monitor the condition of the teeth. In the event of an unsuccessful previous treatment, this will allow for timely re-treatment, avoiding complications and unnecessary expenses. Thirdly, the proposed treatment plan includes professional tartar cleaning and the AirFlow procedure to remove pigmentation and staining - this is a standard paid service offered in all modern dental clinics. The treatment plan offered to you is for informational purposes only and is not an obligation or contract. No one forced you to undergo treatment in our clinic. The decision on where and how to undergo treatment is entirely yours. The price for two zirconium crowns that you mentioned is absolutely fair and competitive both for the city of Varna and for the region, taking into account the quality of the materials used and the professional work of our specialists. In addition, your review contains incorrect and misleading statements, as well as slanderous expressions that discredit the good name of our clinic and the specialists working there. In particular, we are talking about the following phrases: "this is a classic scam" "Of course, no sane person will wait for so long and will not come to them again" These expressions are offensive, malicious and unacceptable, and provide grounds for criminal liability in accordance with Articles 147 and 148 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Bulgaria, which provide for punishment for the dissemination of false and defamatory information that damages the honor and dignity of another person. We reserve the right to protect our reputation in court. We respect the right of everyone to express their own opinion, but in cases where it contains slander and false information, we are obliged to respond. Great attitude towards young children. Our six-year-old boy literally stood in the chair with a smile while Dr. Staykova gave him anesthesia, and after the intervention he didn't even want to leave the office.
