I've had about 15 dentists in my life and for the first time I feel that someone is a really good dentist and understands their job 100%. I definitely recommend them.
My family and I have been going to Ideal Smile for over 5 years and we are extremely satisfied. Doctors Olga and Aida are very skilled and Ms. Alena is great at dental hygiene. They are gentle, considerate of children, and can work even with people who are afraid of the dentist. 5/5 for us!
I make an appointment several months in advance, but they always call me the day before and reschedule my appointment. And this has been happening for almost two years. It's very unpleasant and gives the impression that they don't take their clients seriously.
The best quality ever. Professional doctors Olga and Aida helped me to feel safe and calm probably first time in my life of fearing dentists.
I have been a few times and for 3 different cavities and the service is excellent each time. The prices are reasonable and it’s a clean office and the staff speak multiple languages. I recommend them over anyone in Prague
Aida is a wonderful, attentive and careful doctor! My tooth started to hurt on a long trip - when I got to the clinic I hadn't slept for several nights and the tooth started to fester. I can only praise Olga and Aida wholeheartedly for their professional care and friendliness. At this clinic, I've overcome my fear of dentists and surgery, and for the first time, I've met a doctor who knows how to handle a patient during a panic attack. Overall, I've never regretted taking care of my teeth with Ideal Smile.
I recommend this clinic a lot. The doctors and staff are really nice and professional. The scheduling and reception are well-organized and precise. It's suitable for both adults and kids. I highly recommend it to anyone who's afraid of going to the dentist - they can really find an approach and help you deal with the fear.

Friend of mine went there for a regular check. The doctor has advised to remove the 8th teeth - CZK 5,000 each. My friend asked why would it be a paid service, whilst it is covered by the insurance and got a reply "I will not do anything for CZK 500". clinic. Prior to that I called them asking if they could help me getting an "ideal smile" by straightening my teeth, they offered to come for the consultation. I arrived and was seated at the waiting room. I heard loud voices with the use of foul language discussing the death of some patient. 30 minutes after the booked time I was invited in. The summary: I was told, I need to have the 8ths removed, they can't help me to straighten my teeth, because they do not provide the service, however they do recommend a "very good orthodontist".
The doctors are amazing! My wife is afraid of dentists, but they found a way to treat her painlessly.

35-40 minutes and it was done. Olga knows how to put people at ease, which was important to me. She is also a true professional, which is rare in this world. A doctor from another clinic, removing my lower wisdom tooth, took 1.5 hours, and I was terrified of having it removed again. But now I've had all three removed by Olga, and I'm very happy! Commercial insurance refunded all my money, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I'll soon be going to Aida for oak tree treatment; I know I made the right choice.
Highly profesional doctors ( I work with Olga) - always paying attention to details, checking in with me during procedures if I feel pain and if I am fine, tries to find solutions to different difficult areas of cavities or situations. I came for the first time a year ago to visit Dr Aida and Dr Olga and the team. My teeth were in such a state other dentists didn't have the patience or confidence to start working on them. I initially took my 3-year-old daughter to this clinic. Dr. Aida found a common language with her and treated 2 teeth. My daughter is already looking forward to meeting her. Now I go to Aida myself. The clinic has very nice and friendly staff, a cozy place in the center of Prague, modern equipment. I recommend it to everyone!
I was at this dental clinic for a preventative checkup, during which they didn't find any need for treatment, but recommended a professional cleaning. During the cleaning, they found two cavities. For the first time in my practice, I had more foreign objects in my teeth after a cleaning than before.

It was my first time getting fillings. I'm a huge coward. I was so scared. But Olya did everything perfectly. I didn't feel the injection or the filling. Perfect. She explained everything, scolded me for brushing my teeth incorrectly, and gave me advice. For me, this is the best clinic. I love you ♥️
