I find it a very pleasant place, the staff is very good, I have no complaints whatsoever, and most importantly, the service is perfect.

I'm giving "one star" so I can comment, but otherwise I wouldn't even give zeros. If you really want good treatment, don't go to this clinic. Dr. Sequeira isn't an orthodontist or even much of a professional because when the patient gets out of control, she and the assistants speak very badly of them. I complained to Isabela, but she just left me on read. You can't answer questions with JVC…

because they say they're not the same company, so why are they the ones providing documentation from this entity? I was in control and they came looking for Michael from JVC to give him some shoes, and the guy left (they hide him so they don't show their face). If I could turn back time, I would never have started my treatment at this clinic, much less with that doctor, who only wasted my time and money. I don't recommend this clinic, not even for a garbage dump.
