I have been to many dental clinics and have never met anyone as caring, meticulous and sincere as Dr. Özkan. Thank you very much to Dr. Özkan, Dr. Cihan and his assistants Sibel Makbule and Nurcan. Thank you for your efforts and I am glad to have you.

Well it is now 4 weks since I got a new set of teeth at IDclinic in Antalya, Turkey. 12 Zirconia crowns on my bottom jaw and 6 implants on the top with 14 teeth. The whole experince was fantastic. g, answered all my questions via whatsapp.....even the stupid ones. All transfers and the hotels were provided and were faultless. My partner and I had our first visit in November, all my top teeth were removed, I had a double sinus lift and double bone graft...not pleseant but not painfull, after a couple of days I had some swelling and bruising on my face.....being on holiday forced me to relax and allow myself to heal.....as I am older I could not get temporary teeth so had to get by on a soft diet to allow the implants to integrate into my upper jaw. After 4 months we returned in March to have my new teeth fitted. Bottom teeth were shaved down before tempoary's were fitted.....and first set of upper's were fitted to my impants. We chose the colour and a couple of temporary sets later the shape,colour and fit were perfect. For the first time in decades I could smile with confidence....truly life changing for me! If you are considering dental work I would whole heartedly recomend going to ID Clinic, imaculate surgery, everyone was so professional.... I can't reccomend them highly enough. I wish I had done this years ago.....if you are thinking of getting your teeth done.....go to ID Clininc....you wont regret it. We also got a couple of weeks holiday......and saved £35,000 compared to the cost in the UK. John & Pauline

ID clinic is in fantastic location, team was very welcoming and professional! I choosed to do teeth whitening- had a consultation and check up. Before whitening my teeth had tone A3- and after whitening it's tone A1! Great result! Dentist even did a filling where uk dentists said they can't do nothing and they just advise me to use toothpaste for sensitive teeth. Highly recommend this clinic!

Kudos to Dr. Özkan! I highly recommend him to everyone. I've been his patient since 2011. He has a gentle touch, is attentive to his patients, and the cleanliness and hygiene inside are excellent. He's my family dentist. Thank you again and again to Dr. Özkan.
Just a few lines to express my anger with ID clinic as i did not even get to go there. Paid a deposit booked flights from ireland and appointment but never heard back from them. They told me it was up to me to do all the running so i asked just for my deposit back . They refused . Kept my deposit and the customer relations dept. needs a lot of work .very abrupt and uncaring. Just be careful .
I was very apprehensive about implant treatment, but the treatment process went very well. There was no pain or swelling after the surgery, and now my teeth have been made on top of them; they look like my own teeth. I am very pleased. Many thanks to Dr. Cihan and the entire team.

nd fillings. The dentist requested a payment of 49,000 TL, stating that a discount would be offered, and I transferred this amount to my personal bank account. However, I was never provided with an invoice or any official documentation regarding the treatment. Throughout the treatment process, veneer impressions were taken incorrectly several times. The dentist repeatedly used aggressive and inappropriate language, blaming the patient and assistant for technical shortcomings (e.g., a compressor malfunction). He loudly scolded me, claiming I wasn't biting down hard enough on the materials placed in my mouth during the impression. When I objected, he threw down his gloves, saying, "You can't talk to me," and interrupted the treatment, leaving me lying on the stretcher in my apron, snapping, "Get up, I'm not doing my job." The most painful part was when, as I tried to leave the clinic, he told his assistant, "Get him, tear his teeth out!" Currently, the crowns haven't been placed on my implants. The wires are digging into my tongue, and the planned fillings have remained unfinished. I only have my payment receipt, but I have no legal documentation regarding the treatment process. During this period, I was subjected to both physical and severe psychological abuse. This type of behavior in a healthcare institution is clearly against patient rights and medical ethics. 🔴 My warning is this: Think twice before starting treatment with ID CLINIC and Dr. Cihan Gürhan. 🔍 Always request an invoice, contract, and a written treatment plan before any procedure. I have taken this situation to legal authorities and submitted my official complaint through CİMER. I hope no one else experiences a similar injustice.
They finally solved my dental problems, which I had been experiencing for a long time and couldn't find a solution for anywhere else I went. Each of them is a very valuable doctor; thank you so much for all your efforts and for being by my side throughout this process.
I met Dr. Özkan in 2018. Before that, I had a lot of fear of doctors, but now I can have all my procedures done with peace of mind. He is a very kind, knowledgeable, and passionate person. He performed 3 root canals, wisdom tooth extractions, and many other treatments that I don't even remember. I am very satisfied.
Özkan is a wonderful doctor who is highly skilled in his field and provides unwavering attention throughout the treatment process and beyond. I highly recommend him to everyone.
I consulted Dr. Beren for my wisdom tooth. She was very attentive and the treatment went very well. I was very pleased.
Went to Leeds for consultation I already had two inplants top bottom so agreed to remove the rest of my teeth 4 more inplants top and bottom agreed a price for full package witch I was happy with. I was met at the airport as arranged took to hotel and then to clinic the next day.all extractions dune and inplants very draining and tiring but all went well the clinic was very good professional…

and did everything they said and I have 6fixed teeth top and bottom now some healing time haha and back in march to complete fantastic and I'm paying in 2 payments witch works for me happy days
