But now it's up to the procedures, and I hope it goes smoothly and calmly as the doctor explained. If it does, then everything will be perfect. The first experience was great, and they really do have a humanized approach, which is very important, especially for those of us with severe odontophobia, and we know how much it hinders us from undergoing treatment. The procedures will show us on the day of the procedure if everything will really be calm or not. If the trauma I've experienced in clinics has truly been overcome, I am confident and sincerely believe in the team that will attend to me, and may God bless me and everything will be alright. Complementing my experience with the clinic, I had the procedures done this week, on March 26th, 2026, and to my surprise and joy, I was able to complete them. I managed to get through this difficult moment because for someone with severe odontophobia, undergoing dental treatment is very complicated; the fear is great. Those who have this fear know they've had past experiences and therefore experience trauma, but I succeeded, and I want to record here that I succeeded thanks to the efficiency, competence, and qualified professionals that the clinic has. It's truly a humanized treatment, and for those who have fear or phobia, go talk to them, explain, be sincere, and let the team take care of you. Anesthesiologist Nathália was my foundation for finding the courage to undergo the procedures because she administered the intravenous sedation. She explained in detail what would happen, how I would feel before and after, and everything was perfect. Sedation is something that helps a lot, especially when you are under the care of qualified, attentive, and polite professionals who, above all, understand your fear and help you overcome it. I am also very grateful to Dr. Paola, who performed the treatment, listened to my fears, helped me overcome them, and calmed me down. I asked her if she could reinforce the anesthesia beforehand, and she did. I didn't feel any pain, and that was wonderful for me. I can say with all my heart that Dr. Paola is an angel of a person that God placed here on Earth to care for people, especially those who are afraid of the dentist, because she inspires confidence and brings peace to us. I wanted to thank her from the bottom of my heart, and I hope the doctor can see this message because I was only able to have the treatment without any trauma, and I would do it again if necessary, thanks to the competence, seriousness, and professionalism of the doctor and the perfect team. Thank you so much for everything and for showing me that dentistry can be done without trauma and that fear can be controlled and even disappears when we go and see that there are places like this that treat us well, with respect, and understand our fear.
