High-standard clinic, easily accessible, the clinic provided me with an excellent experience. The most incredible thing is that I didn't need to go to another establishment to have the X-ray done, very convenient! Super prepared team! After today, my family and I have become patients.

I rescheduled my appointment and my wife's. On the scheduled day, the receptionist implied I was lying about the time and said the dentist wouldn't even be there that day—curiously, my wife's appointment was confirmed, but mine wasn't. I rescheduled again, already discouraged, until I decided to cancel the rest of the treatment. In August, during a filling, the dentist performed the procedure on another tooth that wasn't even included in the estimate, claiming that mercury was harmful. Even without my authorization, she proceeded with the procedure—and I was still charged for it. After that, the tooth pain didn't go away. I returned to the clinic at least four times, and nothing was resolved. I was referred to another dentist, who said that only the same professional could treat it. I returned, she worked on it again, but the pain continues. They told me to wait two weeks, and more than a month has passed. I paid for a service that wasn't agreed upon, that wasn't well executed, and that still causes me pain. It's already October, and the problem persists. It's sad to see the disregard and lack of care in aftercare. I feel completely helpless and deeply disappointed.

I'm currently undergoing root canal treatment with Dr. Camila and I'm really enjoying it. The facilities are excellent, and the reception staff are very attentive. From my first contact with the clinic until now, I've always felt very welcome. I confess I've always been afraid of dentists, but I was surprised because the procedures performed so far have been quite easy.
