I've had a very good experience so far at Hydro Dental Batu Bolong. The team is professional, welcoming, and takes the time to explain each step of the treatment. Dr. Diandra answered all my questions very clearly and made me feel confident. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the communication is excellent. I highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The doctor was very attentive, professional, and took the time to explain my condition clearly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the waiting time was reasonable. The clinic was also very clean and well organized. I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
I really didn't like it. I came in after a tooth extraction asking for the threads to be cut and rinsed; 1) I only touched everything with gloves. 2) The doctor stuck a mirror in my mouth and told me I needed a rinse – that cost 236,000. 3) cutting the threads – 250,000. 4) rinsing with chlorhexidine – 300,000.
