The doctors and nurses here are all very kind. Although we don't speak the language, they patiently explained my child's condition and medication to me using translation software. I especially love the female doctor; I will definitely come to this clinic for treatment from now on.

I went here looking for professional support for a bacterial infection. Upon explaining to the doctor my concerns and symptoms, (including not wanting to be given random antibiotics or treatment before having clear tests done) he then told me to start taking antibiotics and prescribed me an IV drip ($2.5M IDR) + antihistamines ($600k idr) and anti inflammatory medicine (I can’t remember price) and…

also a basic lab test that would just say “yes you have infection” or “no you don’t”. I refused the random treatment of antibiotics, the extra medicine and the IV. It felt like they just saw a $$$ tourist and decided to slap everything on. I didn’t feel like I was professionally evaluated and left feeling vulnerable and not comfortable. The doctor was kind and spoke good English, the nurses and reception were friendly and professional. This practice has the ability to be a quality go-to service provider… but just lacked the humanity aspect.
