I could name more names, but for my recent experience today, I would like to thank Dr. Petra Farkas, a plastic surgeon, who, with her smiling, direct, and polite nature, relieved a lot of my initial tension. By the time I realized it, we were ready. I have been to several specialists at HMM, and I was satisfied without exception. I hope this attitude will always remain. I recommend the place to everyone.

I have been there several times, always a pleasant atmosphere. Their appointment booking system is easy to use, it works very well. The doctors are very kind and knowledgeable.

a smile and introduced himself, creating a safe atmosphere that I have never experienced anywhere before. He was human, cheerful and professional throughout. In 37 years, I have never had anything like this when I went to a doctor. In addition to his knowledge and attention, he did his job with wonderful kindness. It was a good feeling. Thank you! If only half of the doctors were like this, no one would be afraid of healthcare, there would be more healthy people and the average age would be higher! I am grateful because he carried out such a simple examination with heart and soul.

I had an appointment for an eye exam. The receptionist and the lady who performed the exam were both nice. The appointment was kept, I hardly had to wait. My complaint was resolved.

I wanted to find medical care as soon as possible, I sat down in the waiting room and started looking for another doctor. At that point, they assumed that I had already left, and in my presence, but without knowing it, they started talking about me and making comments about me. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the way they handled the situation was unacceptable to me, neither professionally nor personally.

In consultation with our colleagues, we can confirm that the incident was caused by an error in the booking system of the care organizing partner company, which allowed the booking of an invalid appointment. We did not have an ultrasound specialist appointment that day, so we could only offer a new appointment for another day.
