I was mistreated at every moment by the receptionists, both in person and on the phone, and due to a treatment recommended by the dentist, I ended up in the hospital needing intravenous medication because of the intense pain. The clinic is great at charging, but not at valuing its patients' time. On the 3 occasions I went, the appointments started 20 minutes late (1-hour appointments). As a result, I was unable to complete the planned procedure on any of them, leading to the need for additional appointments. Anyone who claims to provide high-quality service should, at the very least, value their patients' schedules.

The clinic's structure is impeccable. I had a consultation with Dr. Giovanna Saroli and felt very safe. An excellent and attentive professional, she explained everything to me in minute detail! I'm looking forward to having the procedures done next week!

made the decision to invest in a trip to Brazil to be treated by the Hori Clinic team. My mind was blown by the amount of technology they had in their office, and the fact that all specialties you could ever need within odontology is found in this same office. My case was complex and during my 10 days stay, they coordinated my care and I was able to leave Brazil with healthier, great looking teeth. The customer service, expertise, and knowledge is something I have never experienced in a dental clinic before. I can’t thank the professionals at Hori clínica enough- Dra.
