Easy to find and very comfortable location. Service was quick and thorough.

My child had a filling here, the filling fused until finally his tooth was abscessed & attacked the sinus. My child was hospitalized and had to have PSA. I really feel sorry for my child in pain. First of all, I do think the location is nice - just off Jalan Dago; easy to find. It's located inside a small commercial complex; hence, the vibe/atmosphere didn't give me as much anxiety as, say, a hospital does. The clinic itself was very clean and modern. thorough. In terms of pricing, I think it's quite reasonable. As a bonus, we can play with the resident cats, before/after the treatment. I also went for an afternoon walk after the treatment, just because the surrounding neighbourhood is very pleasant, with plenty of greenery. Update: visited again (twice) in August 2024, and was pleasantly treated by Dr Melissa - very patient, courteous, and informative - I very much appreciate the fact that she took pictures of the problematic areas, and were shown on the monitor, while explaining the issues. Treatments were swift, and (nearly) painless. Thank you Dr Melissa, and thank you Holy Teeth for the anniversary promo.

The place is comfortable, smells good, and it's not like a clinic, so it's not scary during the procedure. The doctors and nurses are also kind, friendly, and very informative. The location is strategic, with ample parking, and the waiting area is one-stop shopping. I was very productive because I could eat, snack, drink juice, and work at the same time. Highly recommended!
