m now on. Dra. Habibi listened to my concerns and offered solutions based on my personal needs, not a dental insurance company whose goal is profit. I was the only client during the appointment, so her focus was 100% on me. I felt seen, safe, and cared for. She focuses on prevention, not excess treatment. Not only did she fix the pain in my tooth, she fitted me with a nightguard to prevent my grinding, something I was never offered before, and it has made a positive difference in my jaw and mouth pain in the weeks since the appointment. My smile is more beautiful after visiting her office. I highly recommend Hola Diente.
I had an amazing experience getting my cleaning and whitening done here. The dentist was incredibly thorough, explained every step clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. out, started his search for a holistic dentist. We reached out to Dr. Kary and she responded right away. She told me my daughters comfort was of most importance and scheduled her for the next week. We got there and she had a sign welcoming Micah and asked for her favorite shows and music. No baby talk, just straight to business. She had all the newest equipment and technology and worked her magic. She even let our daughter watch the procedures when she asked. Though our daughter needed her first filling, she didn't shed a tear, just some deep breaths and hand squeezes and she was done. This would have cost a fortune in the states, required radiation from xrays and a couple visits. Nope, just very caring, comprehensive, easy visit and my daughter is excited to see her again. She taught all of us new information about dental care and oral health. Her disposition, bedside manner, office space, energy, intelligence and devotion to making the experience positive and comfortable for everyone is top notch. I highly recommend you see her for any dental issue you or your children may have. Thanks Dr. Kary! We loved you!

a “late cancellation,” as 48 hours are needed but I had only scheduled yesterday and was never informed of the pricing. For full transparency, prices should be listed on the website, social media, or at least provided during the WhatsApp interaction. This feels like a trap—get you in, then penalize you if you say no. Just make sure you find out pricing before you go.

Hello Yadira. I’m truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. At Hola Diente, we strive to offer professional and personalized care. For this reason, each appointment reserves up to 90 minutes exclusively for each patient. As was explained beforehand via WhatsApp, we have a clear cancellation policy: if an appointment is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance, or if the scheduled service is not performed, a fee of 500 pesos is charged to cover the reserved time in our agenda. This policy exists to ensure fair use of our time and to accommodate other patients waiting for appointments. I understand your frustration about not knowing the total cost before your visit. In this case, since you want to have whitening, the procedure requires a general cleaning exactly before bleaching teeth. Cero biofilm. We will definitely take your feedback into account to improve communication. I’m very sorry you felt disappointed. It has never been our intention for anyone to feel uncomfortable. We are always open to improving and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I'll only use Kari now. Lastly, and most importantly, on my last visit, she had all good things to say about my smile. My teeth are stronger, whiter, and healthier. No immediate cavities (which was not how my teeth were when I first came to her). And she gave me a report on the teeth she's keeping a watch on. Kari has a special instrument that allows you to see your teeth on a screen. I left feeling amazing. Hola Diente is a yes if you're thinking of a new dentist. Try her out. She really cares.

The best dental experience I've ever had!!! I have never ever felt comfortable going to the dentist. Hola Diente is the most relaxed, and comfortable I've ever been. I was asked during the appointment if I was ok. She did everything she could to help me to be at ease during the appointment. Great experience! Visiting from Boston for a while and decided to pop in for a teeth cleaning and whitening session. The office is calming, absolutely loved breathing exercises with essential oils before the dental work. I was so relaxed and comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I had a very relaxing experience! The doctor was kind and attentive and took the time to explain everything to me. I enjoyed getting to see the camera-view of the mouth and understand more about my teeth. If you're in CDMX and need some dental care, come to Hola Diente!

Awesome service! Teeth cleaning went faster than I expected and the tool she used was a vibratory tooth cleaner, so it didn’t feel as painful as I imagined! She’s Very knowledgeable of reiki as well and this gives her sessions a unique vibe!
