HIU Dental Clinic is the clinical dental centre of Hong Bang International University (HIU), one of Ho Chi Minh City's established private international universities. Equipment includes a Cone Beam CT 3D imaging system for implant planning and complex diagnoses, a digital 3D intraoral scanner for impression-free restorations, a Fotona laser surgical unit for soft tissue procedures and gum treatment, a Piezotome piezoelectric system for atraumatic bone surgery and extractions, and plasma/LED chair-side whitening units. The clinic operates 35 dental chairs across its clinical and simulation training areas, and covers 52 treatment categories approved by the Vietnamese Ministry of Health. Cosmetic services include chair-side and at-home teeth whitening, gummy smile correction, and laser gum contouring using the Fotona unit. Restorative and general services cover root canal treatment, composite fillings, ultrasonic scaling and periodontal maintenance, minor oral surgery, wisdom tooth extraction, and complete removable dentures. Pediatric dentistry is offered across all general care categories.
The senior clinical team includes Associate Professor PGS.TS.BS Le Duc Lanh, who serves as Head of the HIU Dentistry Faculty and is a directly treating clinician at the clinic. Specialist Level II dentist BS.CKII Nguyen Ngoc Thuy acts as Deputy Head of the faculty and supervises clinical training sessions. ThS. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Deputy Rector of HIU University, serves concurrently as Director of the company entity.
