I had gone in for the Rm 70 campaign for blood tests. Was very surprised with the professionalism of Dr Gayatri. She was amazing. Very friendly, made me feel comfortable and was gentle with drawing blood. She took her time to explain the results to me. 1st time to this clinic after a google search for clinic nearby. It’s quite challenging to find the clinic as it’s located not really in paragon mall but it’s the other towel beside paragon mall. Due to MCO or mayb on Sunday, the main entrance of the office towel is not open and I need to go into the main entrance of paragon mall and go one level up from Xiang xiang Kopitiam take the side exit…

turn left u will see the indication signA of the clinic then take the exit again from a door the clinic is located on ur right hand side. The clinic only take patients via appointment only. You need to call the clinic to make an appointment in advance to see the doc. I was greeted by a lady in the clinic. It’s very clean and tidy clinic and they have a nice sitting area for you to wait for the doc. Doc is very helpful and she took the initiative to explain everything to me from scratch. Atleast I have an idea of how my backache came from. Nurses are very friendly and helpful too and she even explain each medicines prescribed by the doc. Thanks a lot it was a pleasant experience visiting the clinic. 😉
The clinic is very clean and well organized. They all speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. They provided all the receipts, documents I needed to claim back the costs for my German health insurance. I would recommend the clinic to all foreign travellers and also locals.
