received a 3D CT scan and was taken to a room by a doctor who asked me what my problem was. After describing the problem, they suggested clear aligners only, which, while helpful for a lack of space between my teeth, wouldn't solve anything. So, since the consultation was resolved for her (about a 2-minute consultation on a case that, in my opinion, should have been well-treated), I asked how it was possible to align and restore my teeth to their correct position without creating any space between them. Then (almost as if I were self-advising) I asked if it wouldn't be useful to proceed with a dental stripping or perhaps extract the most hidden teeth. At this point, the "doctor" sent photos of my CT scan to a technician who advised that it would be necessary to extract four teeth (molars and premolars). So I wondered how we got from just using aligners to four extractions. I was also informed that, as I already knew, since my case was complex, I would have to keep the aligners for two years. Except that I was informed that I would have to return to them every two months or so to also have a stripping procedure performed (which I recommended, by the way). Ultimately, after completing this NON-CONSULTATION, I was given a quote and told that I would be responsible for the accommodations and various travel expenses (a considerable expense considering the two years of travel). I was contacted later, once I returned, to see how the consultation went, and I described the paradoxical situation... my 3D CT scan was then (remotely) shown to another doctor or doctors (I don't quite understand), and here comes the best part... first, I was told that I would have to have all four molars removed (but I don't have four because I had one removed years ago; the CT scan clearly shows this), and then from four we went from having two extractions... Now I wonder how someone with a complex case like mine can trust a consultation like this, where ten different pieces of information were given in the space of two days... I find it a significant lack of seriousness and professionalism! That said, trust a clinic that can solve your problem with more care and expertise.
I am very happy to have discovered this clinic and all the guys who work there, professionalism and courtesy at the highest levels. I highly recommend it.

Came here for cleaning and whitening. I was seen by Aferdita she was very welcoming and explained thoroughly each step of the treatment. She removed all the build up plaque from my teeth. And finished with whitening the teeth. She did explain whitening intensifies 2 days later. I agree because at first I didn’t see a massive difference but now it’s been 10hours and I can see it getting whiter…

If I could give zero star, I would. Very disappointing experience. I went in for a simple teeth cleaning and left feeling uncomfortable and unhappy with the service. The appointment felt rushed, unprofessional, and lacked proper care and communication. I expected a much higher standard, especially for something so basic. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
I have to say I'm delighted to have found this clinic... a million thanks for making my smile the best it can be... thank you for the wonderful treatment. Dr Eliana..... With my braces...did a fantastic 🤩 job. I came to clean them due to hard to reach places cos of my braces but she got in there and made my smile much more confident. No plaque....she's so lovely and made me smile all thru. It wasn't so painful but my teeth were sensitive so she went easy with the water floss cleaning. I'm really happy with the result
