The clinic service was unprofessional, I was in the queue but the doctor had already gone home, and I was only informed again after I returned to the clinic and was asked to wait for the next doctor for another 30 minutes. There are many dental clinics these days, it just so happened that my son's teeth were already quite good when we went to the mall.

At this clinic, the doctor explains X-rays directly to me in easy-to-understand language, rather than handing them over to the receptionist, who should only be responsible for administration. The receptionists are also friendly, respectful of patients, and don't chat or laugh to themselves when patients have serious questions about costs or medical procedures. Pricing is also clear and transparent from the start, not changing "at will" without explanation. This makes patients feel more valued and confident in continuing with treatment. 🌟 Essentially, patients are treated here with the professionalism, ethics, and empathy that should be the standard in the medical world.
