On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., I went to Happy Dental One Bell Park to have my upper molar extracted. From the initial chat for reservations to the service list, they were friendly, even though I had insurance. Even during the procedure, the doctor and assistant were friendly and comfortable. However, during the extraction, what I regretted was that the doctor seemed confused about how to extract it. My tooth was being shaken from side to side (he was pulling it in one direction, not pulling it out all at once). My tooth broke and made a loud noise. The fatal thing was that the root of the tooth was left behind or not pulled out. After that, the doctor tried to extract the root, and here I really felt a lot of pain, not only in the root of the tooth that was going to be extracted, but also in my lip, because it was used as a support for the extraction (he was clamped and not pulled, but with a pry motion like pulling out a nail). After about 30 minutes of the tooth root extraction drama, he was pulling it out until he felt like his jaw was about to fall off. until tears came out from holding back the pain, and the results were still unsuccessful, after that the doctor said to give up (I gave up according to the doctor), then said I wanted to be referred to another doctor who was an expert according to him (meaning the doctor who had previously picked at my teeth was not an expert), would be scheduled with another doctor on a different day at the same clinic for the root removal, well I was still silent and didn't say much (let alone want to talk, my mouth was cnat cnut all over the place because I felt incredible pain and bleeding gums kept on bleeding until I felt full in my mouth and the taste of blood every time I spit it out like vomiting blood (Bleeding gums from being torn apart it seems) I felt pain from 11.00 to 18.00 accompanied by bleeding, then the admin chatted to come again to have the root removed with a different doctor and because I use insurance there must be excess because the cost is around 1 million to 1.6 million while my insurance benefit table has been used for those who failed to remove the broken tooth,, here I complained via chat admin (beforehand, when I was at the cashier, I asked if the doctor was new, but the cashier said it had been a long time, that's what he said) I asked for accountability for the procedure of extracting my tooth until it broke and the result was not complete because the root was still left (it should be the clinic's responsibility because my tooth broke due to the wrong procedure of course) but I still have to bear the costs and not to mention the trauma of the pain, if I have to pay again why should I go back to Happy Dental, it's better to look for another clinic that is more professional, here it's not just about the payment value, does the clinic not consider the trauma I felt in excruciating pain due to the failed treatment, hopefully my assessment can be an evaluation so that you are careful in taking action if you feel doubtful and cannot handle it, then don't have it extracted, just schedule it with an expert, don't force it to be extracted but it fails and is fatal. October 22, 2025 response From my complaint, I was asked to have a root removal operation and chose the Happy Dental branch clinic, finally I chose the CITOS branch and scheduled it 1 day before with an oral surgeon specialist on 10/22/2025 at 16.00, I also took the time, energy and also money for car gas and toll, because my house is in Cikarang, for that schedule, and in the morning of the 22nd it was reported that the schedule was moved forward to 14.00 I still didn't mind, and after arriving at Citos, I was informed again that it was moved back to 14.30 and here I chose not to continue because it seemed like I was not respected at all, they just changed the schedule, plus I offered insurance and it was rejected on the grounds that they didn't cooperate with Alianz (even though I used Alianz insurance from the start) so I went straight home, what for? The horror of October 1st I still can't forget, instead they just did whatever they wanted, I thought positively and appreciated the form of responsibility but still the result was no good resolution and it was very disappointing for me. Hopefully I'm the only one who was unlucky to get treatment at this clinic, the intention to have a tooth pulled was broken.
