I have no complaints about the treatment. The doctor and nurse were polite and friendly. However, the scaling price changed between the consultation and the final payment. After the dental photo was taken and consent was signed, the amount charged was significantly higher than what was initially communicated. The scaling procedure itself was completed in 10-15 minutes, which made the significant price increase even more difficult to understand. This felt like a hidden cost and overcharging. I noticed several other reviewers have mentioned concerns about differences between quoted prices and final charges.

Having booked since noon for scaling at exactly 18.30 & booked with my wife, I just had to pray Maghrib first, which should have been my queue not much different from my wife's, but there was no queue transparency so my queue was simply skipped.
