I've been here twice. But this time the service was really bad. The doctor's work method was rude and didn't explain anything. And worse, I wanted to have a filling for a tooth that was quite deep (1/2 tooth) but was refused because I was in a hurry even though it was quiet. And I had to make a reservation again. You think my time was only for going to Ciputra.! Made me regret it #dr. Adna.!

Worst dental care experience I’ve ever had. Few years back , I underwent a root canal treatment here, but it somehow failed. Even after more than 5 follow-up visits, the problematic tooth was still in pain and more sensitive. I decided to go to a hospital to get a second opinion from another dentist. After an X-ray examination, it turned out that the filling was not placed deep enough, which explained why the pain never went away. The same dentist also suggested filling another tooth because there was a small cavity, even though it wasn’t painful at all. I followed the recommendation, but after the tooth was drilled and filled, it became sensitive, whereas it had never hurt before. ugh im so annoyed by this For major dental procedures, I strongly do not recommend trying this place. It’s much better to go directly to a hospital dentist instead.
